Re: Courtesy Process Server of Broward County Jerry Garcia AKA. Carlos Pardo 151 N. Nob Hill Road Ste 124 Plantation, FL 33324 AKA (Numerous Addresses) 6800 Bird Rd (Postal Packaging Location) Ste 191 Miami, FL 33155 (305) 999-1818 In Short: On June 18, 2014 at precisely 10:45AM, I spoke with a "Mr. Jerry Garcia" (Possibly AKA Carlos Pardo or vice-versa) of Courtesy Process Server of Broward County (located at 151 N. Nob Hill Road, Ste 124, Plantation, Florida 33324, phone number (561) 318-1155) about serving a resident in the West Palm Beach area. To better understand the "Serving Process" as well as what is expected of me (the customer), I asked a plethora of questions to gain and apply that arrangement. "Mr. Garcia" explained, "Unlike other companies, we will make unlimited attempts until the documents are served..." Once the paperwork is delivered to the appropriate party, the Server will then, "Complete and turn-in a detailed report to us and we will mail a copy of the report along with the Proof of Return to you..." "Mr. Garcia" further continued to share what paperwork they required of me in addition to the amount needed in order for his company to provide service. I supplied the paperwork and payment via Priority ship. The entire package (per the United States Postal Service Customer service) was delivered to "Mr. Garcia's" office on June 21, 2014 11:00AM and the check was cashed on June 30, 2014. During the interim of the many days that passed, I never received a follow-up call from "Mr. Garcia" or any of the Courtesy Process Server of Broward County representatives offering a status of the process. A couple of weeks had passed and I called them; which appeared to upset one of the employees ("Antonio"). After a battery of calls and a couple of weeks later, I finally was able to catch "Mr. Garcia" who shared the service was complete and further went on to disclose I should receive the paperwork in the mail in a few days... It has been 3+ weeks and I have yet to receive the "Detailed Report nor the Proof of Return" ("Mr. Garcia" stated I would receive in a few days) in order to move forward with my case. To date, I have called the Courtesy Process Server of Broward County (561) 318-1155 and (954) 773-7833 (listed on their website http://browardcpprocessservers.com including other multiple numbers found, 305.999.1818, 305.901.2444 etc...) a total of 38-times and to no avail only a voicemail pick up and/or "Over-Flow" voicemail pick up with a closing message, "...Someone will return your call and call you back...". Two weeks ago on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 10:00AM a woman answered the phone, "Hello". I asked to speak to "Mr. Jerry Garcia" and she continued to repeat a couple of times, "Are you calling me?" and then she hung up the line. I contacted the Broward County Sheriff's Office. It was made known to me that Courtesy Process Server of Broward County is not registered with them, nor the Secretary of State, NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers), FAPPS (Florida Association of Professional Process Servers), just to name a few. In closing, due to the actions of "Mr. Jerry Garcia" AKA "Carlos Pardo" or vice-versa of Courtesy Process Server of Broward County and the company's representative, I have been lead to believe (due to "Mr. Jerry Garcia's" actions) that no service did occur and that any status rendered to me via "Mr. Garcia" was an untruth and a blatant farce. I am beyond very displeased about the unreliability, lack of integrity and unprofessionalism Courtesy Process Server of Broward County portrayed. Ultimately, they have mislead and taken advantage of me and possibly other unsuspecting clients. Better known as Professional SCAM ARTISTS. Sadly, the events and lack there of by this company have put me behind regarding my deadline and have hindered me to the point of having to recommence the serving process. THIEVES THEY ARE. BEWARE!

HORRIBLE!!! They are rude, do not return phone calls or emails. If they didn't serve, then just tell me! They are absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure to tell others to STAY AWAY from Jerry Garcia or Carlos or whoever!! WORST COMPANY!!!
