Payment is 50/50 net split (room to negotiate) after vacation bookings for the month (booked Via Airbnb) Example.. $5000 net revenue for the month Payment is split 50/50 . So $2500 each Or $1000 paid upfront to manage and start the property on Airbnb (paid once a month and you keep all revenue from bookings)
