- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by scope of work or the percentage of managed revenue. I have service packages also available for as low as $150 per month/per door.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client I like to get a complete understanding of their needs as an owner and of the property they need to be managed. Together we go over what they expect from me a property manager and my expectations from ownership in order to deliver the highest quality service. Since COVID-19 I have been using Zoom conferencing or FaceTime to meet with potential clients and stay in contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have consistently worked in real estate since 2011, entering the market in the aftermath of the Great Recession. Since then I have obtained my broker's license and my property management license. I have experience in sales, marketing, real estate development and property management. I currently manage over $20 million of assets concentrated in the Miami Beach area and am looking to expand my service area.
