- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing that is transparent and based on individual client needs. We are not a fee-driven company. Our focus is providing elevated services that add value to a clients real estate investment portfolio and lead to long-term assignments. From now through December 31st, all new clients receive 25% off first month management fees. Contract must be fully executed by 12/31/22 for special pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have intro call with potential clients to assess their needs. If it’s a mutually good fit, we visit property/portfolio as soon as possible and schedule meeting for more in-depth discussion of services needed (may be done remotely). Once scope of work is defined, we issue a formal proposal. Upon approval we start our onboarding process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer over 16 years professional experience managing commercial assets for institutional and private investors while working for 3 of the top 4 global commercial real estate firms. Additionally we are members of best-in-class professional organizations and provide continuing education.
