EWP is a first-rate management company - combining expertise, efficiency, and humanity in their professional managed services.
Having dealt with Chevonne and her team for several years, there has consistently been a very clear understanding of what is most important and to be prioritized – which is critical when a firm is dealing with hundreds of units to manage. EWP knows how to quickly identify and appropriately react to “urgent scenarios” with immediacy, holding their vendors to high standards as well. For example – the AC is down mid-July in my neighbors apt (an elderly woman) – so she becomes top on the list to be serviced asap, and within a couple of hours the guys are there – perfect service…with humanity! Another example is the teams' patience and care with those having difficulties: with technology, or a new procedure, with payments, etc. Lorena, with her super helpful attitude and warm smile is exactly who people want to help them get it done. I’m convinced that this EWP approach is a “company culture” coming from years of experience, probably thousands of scenarios and having to multitask issues that require practical, sensible, no-nonsense, and fast decision-making process while managing hundreds of families, thousands of people simultaneously well.
