It’ll be hard to articulate all the ways that Carlos Rodriguez (PMI Miami Dade Owner) has helped me and has been beneficial in few sentences... I highly recommend him. I currently reside in the West Coast, which makes it so hard to upkeep your Miami rental in all aspects. One needs a trustworthy, communicative and responsible person and Mr. Rodriguez was it! and after years of renting my property with a different Agent I realized I was the one attempting to do all the management work on my own, affecting my piece of mind, my personal time and my pocket! My property was a mess, not taken care of; I was not well advised and it was not rented at the price/ potential it had. In return, my tenants well not well served increasing turnover (=more work and less earnings ). Within a month of signing a contract with Mr. Rodriguez, my 6+ months empty property was finally fixed, and well rented. I went Mr. Rodriguez not only because his charges and fees were one of the most fair and competitive, but from the get go he offered solutions, listening, great advise and materialized his words with very prompt tangible actions. You can tell he knows very well his industry and market, and one doesn’t need to direct anything. Such a relief! He’s extremely professional, easy to reach and talk to; well organized with a portal you can clearly see a report of you income vs expenses; tools that ease the communication gap the occurs in distance and different time zones…Moreover, he truly cares to earn and keep your trust with small everyday actions, and I bet he does the same with the tenants, representing you well. I am very grateful that I’ve found him/ his company in here. Huge thank you to Carlos for EVERYTHING!
