From there, I outline the recommended services, fees, and communication plan so you know what to expect before moving forward.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in property operations and grew into roles overseeing leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and team performance. That experience showed me how much difference responsive management makes to both owners and residents. I’m building Rivers Realty & Management around that same attention to detail and follow-through.
