I can’t say enough good things about my landlord and his property manager, Ivonne Herrera, from ServiceOne Property Management Group. While my interactions with the owner were always positive, I quickly began working primarily with Ivonne, and she has been outstanding from the start. Ivonne is the most communicative and approachable property manager I’ve ever had. She’s always available, willing to listen, understanding, and ready to help with any situation. From the moment we were introduced, she made an effort to connect personally, even scheduling an in-person meeting early on to establish a great working relationship. Her professionalism, work ethic, problem solving skillls, relentless dedication to finding solutions and complete focus on getting the results that you need or want are truly unmatched. She consistently approached challenges with patience, understanding, and an energetic always positive 'go-getter' attitude. For example, when I reported an issue with the washer and dryer, she promptly not only replaced the appliances by way of authorization and costs but also took the initiative to take care of every step and proactively managed the entire process ensuring compliance with the building’s condo policies... Making my life infinitely easier and saving my time considerably. During critical situations, like hurricanes, Ivonne went above and beyond to keep me informed with timely updates from the HOA, which gave me peace of mind. Her dedication, reliability, and proactive care made me feel genuinely prioritized. She consistently stays abreast of important dates / upcoming deadlines and diligently informs me well in advance of having to make any decisions or take any action in time. I’ve never experienced such a compassionate and results-driven approach from a property manager. I could go on and on but hopefully have cited enough examples to demonstrate that if you’re looking for someone who truly values their tenants and goes the extra mile to make things work, Ivonne Herrera is simply the best.
