- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our agents are required to do continuing education coursework every two years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in real-estate in much the same way many of our clients have - as an investor. The transition into the business happened some 20 years after purchasing my first property and it came as a result of years of frustration from battling with management companies that just didn't seem to understand my needs as an owner and investor. Recognizing this gap and the opportunity it presented I launched the management arm of Southern Star Realty and Management.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in residential property management. Generally, the services required are rate analysis, marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiation, property maintenance, tenant relationship management, and accounting. That being said, you may find a list of the services we most frequently provide detailed in the section above. If you fail to see a service you require, feel free to ask us, we are more than willing to customize our service packages to fit your needs.
