I had a property management company that was dishonest and not communcating with me. Turnkey was able to take over and evict the current tenant that was not taking care of the home. They answer calls and return emails within a few hours. It never seems to bother them to help out or answer questions.

My yard was cluttered and I needed it cleaned up for an important business meeting. Turnkey Property Managers took control of the project and got everything ready on time for my meeting. As a result, I signed a huge contract and decided to subscribe to their monthly service. Since then, they've saved me a lot of time by negotiating and dealing with contracting of my pool service, cleaning service, and yard service. Even when my water blew out, they came within the hour and had options laid for me to choose from. They met with the plumber and executed a solution.

I hired Turnkey Property Managers to help rent a house in Miami. They are always responsive and are just genuinely nice guys. Even with some challenges, they were eventually able to rent the property. Moreover, they were even able to help with moving materials out of the house, fix things up and give regular updates. I would recommend them to property owners.

I manage a fraternity house and needed some work done before the frat boys returned from spring break. These guys responded quickly and managed the job i needed done while i was busy with my CPA practice. They restored the 60 year old terrazzo floor to like new and organized a cleaning service to get the place ready for the new semester.
