I am a mobile notary that travels to you or your clients. I am a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) Which means I do Real Estate Documents, (Buyer and Seller packages, Refinances, HELOCs, Reverse mortgages). I am a Florida Licensed Real Estate agent. And a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) since 2014. Specializing in residential properties (houses, condos, townhouses) and residential investment properties. I can help you sell, buy, rent, manage your property and help you invest in income producing residential properties. When representing the seller I will get top dollar for your property. When representing buyers I will negotiate the best deal and terms. I have a college degree in Business Administration and a work background in Construction Accounting. This is how I became interested in Real Estate and also how became a Notary Public.
