- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee per tenant/door. I manage remotely. If visits are needed an additional fee is charged per visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first set up a call to find your needs and the property needs. I present flat fee pricing for your needs. If accepted, we draft an agreement with the agreed terms by both parties. We have a set up call to answer all set up questions and request information and documentation to set up your properties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
