FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent, designed to provide high-quality tutoring services at an affordable rate. The standard rates are $35 for a one-hour session and $18 for a half-hour session. We require payment to be made one week in advance of the scheduled tutoring session, with payments due on Sundays. This allows us to ensure that we reserve the tutor's time specifically for your child. For clients who are interested in longer-term arrangements, we offer a bulk discount for purchasing multiple sessions at once. When 10 sessions are purchased together, we offer a 10% discount on the total price. Regarding cancellations, we have a 4-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time of the session, you will be charged for the full session. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you might be running late. If you inform us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate and reschedule the missed time. However, please note that this depends on the tutor's availability. We also offer a unique "Step Up" program with a $500 scholarship. This program is designed to help motivated students who might otherwise not be able to afford our services. Further details about this program are available upon request.

They're highly experienced in working with students at various levels and are adept at tailoring their teaching strategies to meet each student's unique needs.
