- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My job is to make every transaction work for the client. My pricing can either be a flat fee or a very aggressive %. Depending on your needs we can structure an agreement to help you keep more of your money. I do this because I want your repeat business and your referrals to family, friends and neighbors. My commission structures are the following: Flat fees of $7500 to $20,000 and 1.5% to 2.5% depending on the sales price. If I handle both sides of the transaction my commission will be 4%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are selling or buying first order of business is to meet. Once I have a clear understanding of what your needs are. We will discuss presentation, process and timelines. This conversation is critical because we need to make sure that we are on the same page and share the same goal. If the foundation is not solid there is no sense on working on the structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Miami-Dade College & St. Peters College Florida Real Estate License & waiting for test center opening to take the LCAM/Community Association Manager state test. I have built over 30 houses in Monroe, Dade, Lee, Hendry & Collier Counties
