Carie is a true professional, She was helping me find an investment properties in the Central Florida area, and was able to find me a property with a 20% return on my investment (tenant was already in place). She knows the market, property values, and isn't the every day realtor, because she looks at properties from an investment point of view. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a realtor, I give free assessments in regards to your property in regards to it's fair market value and area comparables, and that may include some updates/repairs and or changes to help. When it comes to renting or selling your property, that can be negotiable, but my broker charges the standard industry commission rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an introduction to myself by letting them know that I have been in the industry for over 10 years and have a track record working with owners and investors.
