I have been considering relocating to Florida in the near future and I have many questions regarding the move, real estate opportunities and best practices when one makes a move like this. Mr. Rojas and I have mutual friends on social media and I happened to see a great post he put up regarding people interested in relocating. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing of a home is set according to proper market value. Buyers do not pay for my services. Commissions are covered by the seller. Seller- we cover all upfront costs such as photography, video, advertising and any expenses an open house may incur. Our commission gets paid at closing. I also offer a discount to military personnel and first responders. I lead a team of 6 agents that work together to provide the best service for our clients. We would love to help you with all of your real estate needs.
