As a real estate agent, my services are typically paid by the seller or landlord through commission at closing. For sellers, I include professional photography, marketing, and full listing exposure at no additional cost to you—everything is covered in my commission. There are no upfront fees, and I’m fully transparent throughout the process.

It starts with a discovery call to understand your real estate goals—whether you’re buying, selling, or renting. From there, I customize a strategy, walk you through each step, and stay in close communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
