Let me preface this by saying I am a mortgage broker, and I have helped hundreds of families buy homes.With that said, working with Gessica was one of the best partnership experiences ive had in my years of being a broker.Her and Toris communication and responsiveness paired with constant advocacy for her client reminded me of who it is thats supposed to be in this business.Our buyers first two contracts didnt work out due to the seller not having a property as advertised, and she was happy to not have the closing because her focus was on our buyer having a house their family could call home, and didnt get hung up on the emotions, just kept saying we will find the right one!!I cannot state enough how important the fiduciary and advocate part of this profession gets overlooked with so many just focused on the paycheck.Gessica, you are in this for all the right reasons, and I cant wait to work with you again!
