- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many of our competitors, we DO NOT price on sq.ft. due to our expertise and knowledge we have a system to apply film that enables us to get the job done quicker and efficiently. Our basic trip to do 1 door,window, or pane start between $75-$100. Pricing on more than 2 windows vary on film quality you choose from the different options to meet your needs. Volume of windows lead to a greater discount per window count.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customers state their need for heat rejection, privacy or decoration needed. 2. We provide estimates based on measurements in person, by pictures or video call, and apply samples based on the tint our customers were most interested in. 3. Last, once customer arranges time and date of install, most of our projects are done all in one day or couple of hours. For bigger jobs might take couple of days depending the project size.
