- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- For Roofing installation we need to know the roof materials and deck conditions or any roofing damage, customer name and desired roofing materials, we can also change materials if roof qualifies or make structural changes. - For solar we need to collect energy bill and customer home information from Home owner and utility bill holder. - We create the design based utility bill collecting anual energy usage - We collect roof information ( materials, deck, age) - We show benefits and saving to change to clean energy owned - We make qualifications based on credit score. - We request documents to sign by email and finance company (online thru phone or pc) - After customer approve we set site survey for check roof condition and check any electrical upgrade necessary - We make documentation for interconnection from utility companion, state permission. - After state permission is approved we schedule installation.
