- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects proper installation, code compliance, and high-quality materials—not shortcuts. We provide detailed written proposals outlining scope, materials, warranties, and exclusions so there are no surprises. We do not add hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multi-property owners or larger commercial projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a site inspection and detailed evaluation of the existing roofing system. After identifying deficiencies, we provide a written proposal with system options. Once approved, we handle permitting, schedule material delivery, coordinate inspections, and manage the project from tear-off through final inspection and warranty registration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are manufacturer-certified installers and trained in multiple roofing systems including TPO, modified bitumen, tile, and architectural shingles. Our team understands Florida Building Code requirements, including Miami-Dade HVHZ standards, fastening patterns, uplift calculations, and proper waterproofing details.
