- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free roof inspections and estimates. Pricing depends on the roof type, size, condition, materials, and scope of work. We always explain the available options before starting so there are no surprises. For repairs, we focus on finding the right long-term solution rather than recommending unnecessary work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the customer’s roofing needs and scheduling an inspection. After evaluating the roof, we explain what we found, provide our recommendations, and give a clear estimate. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, permits when required, and the work itself. We keep the customer updated throughout the project and complete a final inspection before considering the job finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 10 years of roofing experience in South Florida. We are licensed and insured and have specialized training in residential and commercial roofing systems. Our specialists are GAF-certified in shingle installation and liquid-applied waterproofing and Polyglass-certified in waterproofing and steep-slope underlayment.
