I had a fantastic experience getting my new roof done. David and Andre both did excellent work from start to finish. My biggest fear going in was the inspection, so I was thrilled to hear it passed on the first try no delays, no headaches. The price was great too. Im really pleased with everything and would recommend them without hesitation.
Florida Top Roofs's reply
Thank you, Dani! The inspection is the right thing to worry about. A failed one is what turns a two-week job into a two-month one, so we build the whole install around passing it the first time. Glad we could take that off your plate. I'll make sure Andre and the crew hear this one.

Weve used Florida Too Roofs on a couple of projects now and theyve been solid every time. Showed up when they said they would, kept the site clean, and handled both the roof repair and replacement work without us having to babysit anything. As a GC thats about the highest compliment I can give a sub. Will keep calling them.
Florida Top Roofs's reply
Thank you, Vista Construction! Coming from a GC, that's the version of the compliment we actually want — you've got enough moving parts without having to chase your roofer. On-schedule and a clean site is the baseline we hold the crew to, and it matters more on your jobs where other trades are working right behind us. Appreciate you keeping us in the rotation.

We had water coming in through three different spots on the flat roof of our commercial building. David came out and gave us a quote on Friday, we accepted Monday, and the crew had all three sections repaired by Tuesday. They also provided high quality photos of the completed work so we could see exactly what was done and keep them for our records. Fast, professional, and the price was excellent. No more leaks. Highly recommend them for commercial flat roof work.
Florida Top Roofs's reply
Thank you, Maria! Three leaks on a flat roof usually means three separate causes, so we wanted eyes on all of them before quoting rather than after. Glad we could get the crew out the day after you gave the go-ahead. The photo documentation is standard on every commercial job — you shouldn't have to take our word for what happened up there.

I got quotes from three different roofing companies before pulling the trigger, and honestly Florida Top Roofs made the decision easy. Best price of the three, no games, no pressure.

Andre was the guy who handled everything for me. He actually answered his phone, explained stuff without talking down to me, and never made me feel like I was bugging him with questions. That alone was worth a lot.

They also got me set up with financing for the new
roofs and it went through way faster than I expected. And the part I really appreciated, I didn’t pay anything until the job was done. That’s not something you see often.

If you’re shopping around, get a quote from these guys. Ask for Andre.
Florida Top Roofs's reply
Thank you, Hector! Andre will be glad to read this. Picking up the phone and explaining things without talking down to anyone is exactly what we ask of him, and it lands differently coming from a customer than from us. Getting three quotes was the right way to go about it; we'd rather win a job that way than by leaning on anybody. Congratulations on the new roofs.

Florida Top Roofs did a repair on my home in Doral and the whole experience was top notch. My original roof tile was discontinued because of the roof’s age, so they tracked down an exact match themselves and went straight to my HOA to get it approved before installing anything. They handled the parts of the job most contractors would have pushed back on me.

Clear communication, clean work, no headaches. Highly recommend them for anyone with an older tile
roof in an HOA community.
Florida Top Roofs's reply
Thank you, Remy! Tracking down a match for a discontinued tile takes some hunting, but we'd rather do that than leave you with a patch that never quite blends. Going to the HOA for approval first was the right call too — that part should sit with us, not with you. Really glad it was a headache-free experience start to finish. David, Florida Top Roofs
