I recommend Eric Waters and his team for roofing repairs. He was on time and on target with his quote.
Perhaps not the cheapest but the most reliable.
He explained how he would proceed for each repair.

Eric Waters made it a great pleasure to have to re-roof our home. It was time and we wanted to make sure it was done professionally. Their extra mile in so many ways made it a great overall experience. Their entire office staff and roofer team were so conscientious of the process and did everything they could to make all things right. They also did a great job of the clean up of any debris throughout the yard. We recommend Fraser Roofing FL to everyone who wants a perfectly roofed home, reasonably priced and wants it done right.

I cant say enough good things about Fraser roofing and Eric Waters. They were life savers to me and my family. The roof over my kitchen was leaking and I had repairs done by another roofing company. Soon after these repairs were done we discovered after a hard rain that the leak was still there. After several calls and waiting patiently for SIX MONTHS for the other roofing company to return and make it right I had to give up on them. Enter Fraser roofing and Eric Waters. Wow what a difference from the first company that left me in the lurch. Eric Waters was very professional and courteous. He showed up promptly after I called the company and gave me a quote to do the repairs. They were able to start the next day and I finally got my roof repaired the roof the right way. One of the really great things that Eric did was he took pictures of the entire process and showed them to me as the repairs progressed! It was amazing to be able to see the whole process from tear out to replacement without ever having to go on the roof. They did an awesome job and several south Florida torrential downpours later not a hint of a leak. I have since recommended Fraser Roofing to all of my friends and family. The icing on the cake was the very reasonable cost of the repair. In fact the GOOD repair done by Fraser cost me less than the shoddy repair that was done by the other roofing company. Fraser roofing and Eric Waters provided me with quality work at a reasonable cost and I couldnt be more pleased with the service that they provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When choosing a roofing contractor you should check and make sure they are licensed and insured. We are fully licensed and insured for your protection. Please keep in mind the insurance required is the most expensive in the construction industry, due to how dangerous our work is. You may think that some pricing is is high compared to other services. This is the main reason why. Our employees are skilled and professional and we only hire the best in our field. Quality counts and we strive to deliver the best workmanship and materials. If you want the job done right, please give us a call.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first get the customers' contact information /address/phone number, and ask what services are needed. New Roof or roof repairs. If you need repairs we set up an appointment with you to assess the damage and prepare an estimate. For new roofs we typically measure the roof square footage by satellite. This will allow us to come up with the quote by square footage and type of roof desired. We then e-mail you the proposal and review the details with you by phone. Samples of roof tiles or shingle colors can be given to you if you would like to set up an appointment.
