- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer pricing discounts to all First Responders, Military, Teachers and Retirement Age Individuals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a roof inspection, we then discuss materials (colors, shingle type etc…), we supply an estimate, customer pays deposit and we begin work as soon as all necessary permitting is submitted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of roofing experience. I learned roofing in Florida and I know Flat Roofs, TPO, EPDM, DuroLast, Shingle, Clay and Concrete tile. Residential and Commerical Roofing Specialist. I also am very well versed in helping with the insurance process.
