- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are several options, including one year membership and black belt packages. Otherwise, you pay $149 per month for unlimited classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free trial classes. Alternatively, we also provide a $49 full membership for one month. The great thing about that is, if you decide not to continue, you're only out 49 bucks, and you have a free uniform. If you decide to sign up, WE GIVE YOUR $49 BACK!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 6th degree master instructor in Taekwondo, as well as a non-incremental black belt in Aikido. I have tons of experience in a plethora of other arts as well - including Karv Maga, Tai Chi, BJJ, Karate and just general self defense strategies. Finally, I hold a masters of education.
