I was looking for a Licensed Structural Engineer for my house remodel and addition, and what a PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE was working with Pedro! 've recently connected PJM for structural work I'm doing in my backyard (retaining wall). Pedro contacted me in less than 5 min of submitting the request, he took the time to ask all the right questions, he even sent me a draft within 30 min of the work that needs to be done. In less than a week I received a high quality package to go to the city for a permit. He even worked over the weekend and a holiday Monday to make sure I have everything I needed quickly.
