My experience with Dragon Pool was outstanding. Highly recommended. He is so much better than any other pool maintenance company I dealt with in the past. The pool is finally perfect and crystal clear. And even more importantly, he is incredibly professional (which sadly you rarely see in this business). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• All depends if the pool has a regular basis maintenance services, the fair prices for standards pool is $120.
• Includes regular Chemicals: Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity and Calcium.
• Stabilizer id to be Charge 3 times a year ($40)
• Any other chemical (Phosphate Remover, Special Algaecides) to be charged extra as needed.
• Occasional Extreme Weather - Hurricanes to be extra charged extra service as needed.
• Our customers received per year a promotion of the season as may be the filters, visit for repair etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Establishing contact and rapport with the customer.
• Qualifying the customer and understanding their needs: ask the client their needs or problem to solve to prepare the quote for the project.
• Presenting the Business and the products or services.
• Request personal detail information as name, address, email address and personal contact.
• Agree on terms and conditions before working for a customer.
