Cheryl is a great personal trainer. You have the option to be trained at you house or she will come to you. She is very professional and very knowledgable.

I have never ever encountered trainers such as the ones from Tone You Up Inc. They genuinely care about their clients health and fitness goals. Also, they motivate you and push you to limits you never thought you had! I remember when I first starting working with them, I dreaded working out and especially running because I couldn't. Now, I look forward to working out and actually enjoy it! I am also able to run! I am so glad that I have worked with them and I will continue to work with them!
