- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SAT and ACT Prep are $1200 for the first 10 hours. This includes enrollment in a digital platform that is valued at $200. Additional hours are $100 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request that customers send me score reports for previous tests so that we can determine the potential for score increases. It's important to set realistic goals and have strong communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've owned and operated SMP Tutoring in Miami, Florida for nearly 2 decades. I have been tutoring math, reading, English and test prep for 25 years.
