I hired Glenn to clean the tile and grout in my 700 sq ft apt before I moved in. I was impressed with the communication, knowledge and politeness Glenn displayed because he was late but kept me informed of his ETA until he arrived. He identified the work that needed to be done and gave me some tips on how to keep the floor clean.
I was traveling between my old and new apartment in the same building and when Glenn told me he was finished after almost 3 hours of work, by the time I arrived to approve of the work he was already packed up and ready to leave after spray sealing the grout. The grout looked very clean but I felt like he should have waited for me to approve of the cleanliness before packing up his truck because I overlooked a few dirty tiles feeling rushed since he appeared to want to leave quickly and it was difficult navigating the floors with the grout still wet from the sealant application. I mopped the floors that weekend with a swiffer and the pads turned up extremely dirty but the tiles did turn out clean after that.
I notified Glenn what happened and he offered to return to clean the tiles but I declined since all my furniture was moved in at that point. I think Glenn should perform a walk through with his clients before applying sealant and removing his equipment.
Overall I was satisfied and would recommend Glenn because he is affordable, professional and the grout turned out very clean.
