I use this company as security for 2 of my luxury retail store. I have one store in South Beach and the other in Bal Harbour shops. The Webster Miami is very pleased with his services. I have used his services for over 2 years and have never had ant issues. His guards always arrive on time and stay late if needed. They are also very presentable, and that is very important in luxury retail. I would recommend his services highly.

Good morning Ma’am, as I stated on the email I sent to you as soon as I could, I had a car accident on my way to our appointment when an intoxicated driver forced my patrol car out of the road and into the Everglades. My marked vehicle was totaled and as a consequence my left forearm was broken in 2 different places. My clients are of the utmost importance to me and I have never stop trying to exceed their standards through a premier service and selfish commitment to them. So I am sorry that you had to give us a one star rating when you did not even get to know what we can offer to you. No service was given to you from our company.

We are all constantly in training to keep up with the needs of our clients, and we also keep up with all federal and state regulations.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being an foreign army veteran gives me an edge over most companies owned by either civilians with security experience and retired police officers, as I use an array of resources learned during my years as a commissioned officer others do not use or did not have access to, specially securing residential and commercial properties and in close protection.
What types of customers have you worked with?
High end retail, private events, close protection, VIP and high value assets transportation, commercial and residential security.
