- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. There is no standard pricing. Every yard is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. I ask them what it is specifically that they need. If it is a simple yard maintenance, I give them the price at the time of the visit. If it requires planting, spreading sod, tree cutting, laying grass, or removal I will give the price within a day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this profession for over 30 years. I received my training from my father.
