I had one technician on site and another later in the day remote
Together they were successful in getting my 15 year old Dell desktop to boot up after performing scans and cleanups. It now runs faster it ever did. We’re in our late 70’s and that old box is all we need. If we have to go to 11, we’ll need a new computer.
I’ll be calling Thumbtack for sure.
