I spoke with Victor today regarding my computer. He throughly asked a lot of questions as well as gave me suggestions as to what could be the problem. He also suggested I order a part for my computer. He took the time to look up the part and sent me a link to order it. He is prompt, professional, patient and very detailed. He did a fabulous job.
