- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: We start by discussing your project details—type of wallpaper or panels, wall size, design goals, and location. Free Estimate: We provide a clear and detailed estimate based on the scope of work. Scheduling: Once approved, we schedule a convenient installation date that fits your timeline. Preparation: We guide you on how to prepare the space, and we arrive with all tools needed. Installation: We perform the installation with care, precision, and minimal mess. Walkthrough: At the end, we review the work with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our goal is to deliver professional results and a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 4 years of hands-on experience in wallpaper and decorative panel installation. My training comes from working directly in the field with experienced installers and learning advanced techniques for a variety of materials, including traditional paper, vinyl, peel-and-stick, murals, and wood wall panels. I’ve completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects across South Florida, and I stay up to date with new products, tools, and methods to ensure top-quality results.
