I am so happy with the work that DEFCON Restoration Services performed on my roof installing the Stormseal. Reginald is a true professional. He takes his time and explains in detail the work that his team will perform. He answers any questions thoroughly and I felt very informed and confident in the work before his team even started. Once the work began, the team behaved like professionals, always cleaning and picking up after themselves and keeping the work areas tidy. The work was performed carefully and with an eye toward the weather, and was completed very quickly. My elderly mother was around while the work was being done asking questions and the team and Reginald were always so kind and cordial to her. We are both extremely happy with the quality work that Reginald and his team did on our roof, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to have this work done on their roof.

Handled a large commercial project for our firm right after Hurricane Ian stabilizing about 50,000 square feet of commercial property and provided a great warranty. Extremely responsive! He made sure that everything that he said and assured us of was taken care of. He stood behind the warranty that he provided. Great service!!

Water pipe burst. Defcon performed water extraction and mitigation and removed the drywall in affected areas. Will use them in the future for similar repairs, if in need.
