We are a locally owned company that specializes in mold testing, mold remediation/removal, water restoration, odor removal, deep cleaning, smoke damage and fire restoration services for residential or commercial properties. At Eco Homes Restoration and Cleaning, we strive to provide the highest level of restoration and cleaning to our customer's property at an affordable price to help prevent the use of your insurance. At times our prices is lower than the insurance deductible. If needed, we do work with most insurance carriers.

Everything for the beginning was perfect! He was very detailed, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly responding to all my inquiries and questions. I had gotten a couch without knowing that the person at a cat! Omg! The smell was unbearable! He was very detail, knowledgeable, and guiding me through the process every step of the way. The state of Florida requires specific certification for Mold Testing and Removal Service (Florida Statute 468, 2011). Eco Home Restoration and Cleaning is in full compliance with the state of Florida. We attached a copy of our state license to all of our estimates/invoice related to mold testing or removal. Upon any customer request we are proud to provide a copy of our Mold Assessor or Mold Remediation license.
