I noticed some buildup in my bathrooms and Alex who is the owner was referred to me. Initially, when I called Alex, he missed my call however he called me right back within minutes. I explained my situation to him, and he took his time to explain to me the process and how it all works. Even though he was not able to conduct the tests since most of his jobs are down south and Im further north in Florida. He made sure he referred me to Jonathan with Top Tier Testing.When I called Jonathan though he initially missed my call, he called me back within an hour. Within a couple of days, Jonathan was at my house and my house was tested. Jonathan was friendly and courteous, very knowledgeable, he even helped me look at my homeowners policy, which went way above and beyond.The process was easy, it was fast and it was simple. Thankfully, I dont have any mold in my home however I am grateful that I connected with Alex and Jonathan because they have given me great service and tips on how to keep my house, mold and mildew free in the future. I would definitely recommend Eco Home and Restoration and Top Tier Testing.

Ale and his team were amazing. Alex took time to evaluate all the mold in the house, figure out the problem areas and answer all our questions. He knew what he was talking about. When it came to the remediation the job was super professional and clean. The house was spotless when they were done and they were very careful with things and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend to anyone, Alex and team were great!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The state of Florida requires specific certification for Mold Testing and Removal Service (Florida Statute 468, 2011). Eco Home Restoration and Cleaning is in full compliance with the state of Florida. We attached a copy of our state license to all of our estimates/invoice related to mold testing or removal. Upon any customer request we are proud to provide a copy of our Mold Assessor or Mold Remediation license.
