At Eco Homes Restoration and Cleaning, we strive to provide the highest level of restoration and cleaning to our customer's property at an affordable price to help prevent the use of your insurance. At times our prices is lower than the insurance deductible. If needed, we do work with most insurance carriers.

You can imagine the feeling of discovering mold and water damage in your home! Alex is a conscientious professional. He did a great job in removing smoke odor left behind by tenants from our rental property. He also cleaned the tile and grout throughout the house. We have been struggling with a mold issue on the top floor of our house. We are incredibly thankful we found Alex, he came to our home and was able to pin point the exact reason we were having mold and removed all the infected areas. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The state of Florida requires specific certification for Mold Testing and Removal Service (Florida Statute 468, 2011). Eco Home Restoration and Cleaning is in full compliance with the state of Florida. We attached a copy of our state license to all of our estimates/invoice related to mold testing or removal. Upon any customer request we are proud to provide a copy of our Mold Assessor or Mold Remediation license.
