I contacted 3 companies. He responded personally within 5 minutes. He agreed to come on a Saturday and postpone by an hour an engagement with his wife. He was at my home 15 minutes early. Having previously met with another mold remediation company last week, I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to work within my time parameter. He speaks both English and Spanish perfectly and explained, when asked, each step of the way. This is not a review of his work, only his professionalism which is rarely found in South Florida.

SuperPro Restoration was the first to respond among the mitigation companies that I contacted. Jose Hneich explained the process and they completed the job as promised. The crew worked hard and long hours to remove the wood flooring and sheet rocks damaged by water from the pipes that broke during the winter storm that hits Texas. They cleaned and dehumidified the whole house including the garage. They performed quality check on the last day when they picked-up their equipment to make sure that all the areas affected was restored and dry. Thank you SuperPro Restoration TEAM! You all did an excellent job.

On the night of April 12th, 26 inches of rainfall within a span of 6 hours in Ft Lauderdale, with 8 inches of water flooding our entire home, it immediately changed our lives. We decided we would need a restoration company to urgently remove water and mitigate mold in our walls. I searched Thumbtack and found Superpro Restoration. Noticing they have excellent reviews, I emailed them at 5am while water was still coming in our home, and prayed for a quick response. When I checked at 8am, Jose, the owner had a cordial response and I called him shortly afterward.
He educated us on the classes of flood and degrees of severity along with the steps of how his company is there for all our needs.
He followed up with frequent calls over the next 2 days until the neighborhood water receded enough for his team to meet us at our home. The electric power was turned off on the whole neighborhood. Jose assessed each room and the overall plan of attack with our landlord. One of the greatest mistakes everyone makes is to delay restoration and water removal until an adjuster gives the ok to begin. WRONG!!! ASAP, the water and drywall removal MUST be the priority on any and every home with water damage of all classes. Our landlord was so impressed with the caliber of expertise with Jose, David and their team at Superpro, he literally hired them on the spot for his 5 other homes and they drove to assess each one and layed out plans to begin restoration as soon as electric power was restored.
Two days later, the drywall of our home was immediately pulled, appliances were assessed and removed, debris was tossed to the curb for bulk removal, and our home was water free and on its way to drying. When the flood adjuster visited 10 days after the storm, his comment said it all, YOU ARE FAR AHEAD OF RESTORATION OF YOUR HOME AND LIFE.

We understand that having mold, water or fire damage in your home is not only frustrating, but also unexpected, this is why we offer free inspections to all our customers and do all possible to bill the homeowners or commercial insurance company. If the customer does not have insurance or coverage, we will work along with you to provide affordable pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SuperPro Restoration is certified by the IICRC for Water Damage and NORMI for Mold Remediation/Assessment. All of our technicians are certified and trained to perform any type of water damage and mold remediation. We are also licensed for Mold Assessment and Remediation by the State of Florida.
