I'm going to be honest. Being a homeowner sucks. Yes, there are amazing perks and pride to being a homeowner but the cost of fixing/replacing things in a home that is 61 years old will bankrupt you. The top 3 are always AC, electrical and plumbing. My water heater burst this past weekend and I woke up Sunday to a flooded home (the entire home) and so many items that will forever be lost to me. After the cleanup, I knew I needed a new water heater but emotionally, I couldn't deal with what I knew were going to be sharks that smelled blood in the water. After 2 days, I contacted several plumbers from big companies to small ones. The quotes were a stab to the heart...and wallet. I finally went on here (should have done that from the start), put in the details of the project and requested an estimate from 5 pros. All but 1 wrote, texted and called to say the same thing: can't give you a quote, need to go to your place, we can do it now, what's your address. Then came my saving grace, Jalu Corp texted me, gave me a real quote and waited till I called them. Which I did immediately. Luis understood my issue, asked me specific questions, dealt with my ramblings and offered to pick up the heater I bought at Home Depot. He came the next morning and within 2 hours, my old heater was on the curb and the new one was perfectly installed and working. Incredible man and his partner, brother in law, were efficient, professional and friendly. I can promise you that this team of hard-working, knowledgeable people will be your go to for all your plumbing needs. I know that they will be mine and I have a whole home with issues. Trust is never given; it's earned and Luis has my trust.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! I put out a request on Thumbtack late at night around 8PM because my water heater suddenly stopped working. Within one minute, Jalu Corp Plumbing called me directly, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and walked me through what was happening. They even gave me an accurate quote within about 15 minutes all before most companies would’ve even responded! The next morning, they showed up right at 7AM, ready to fix the problem. Since I had recently added a new bathroom and needed a larger water heater, they went above and beyond personally picked up a new unit from the manufacturer, got me a great deal with a 10-year warranty, and had it installed in about an hour. When we ran into an unexpected issue with one of the electrical breakers, instead of telling me to hire an electrician or charging extra, he fixed it himself on the spot at no additional cost. The quality of work, speed, professionalism, and fair pricing were all better than anyone else who had quoted me over the phone. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled plumber who truly cares about his customers Jalu Corp Plumbing is the one to call. Outstanding is an understatement. This company (Louis) represents what customer service is all about. They came when they said they would. Completed the job which was a garbage disposal and faucet replacement. Cleaned up their area when finished and disposed of the garbage. How awesome is that! #1 in my book.
