There are training and consulting grants available to small business that qualify. The price included in every quote can be adjusted if the small business receives a training grant, please contact us for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main task is to listen and listen some more to what are the customer's needs, and develop together an action plan that will help achieve these goals within the allocated budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University, and over 17 years in the IT industry as a computer programmer, web designer, trainer and support. Certified both by CompTia and Microsoft.
