- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were having problems when we were referring our windows projects to other contractors. Coming from construction world for in middle and highend property, we understood that we could provide better service, quality and finishing. Also, there are not that many layers to speak with a manager or the owner as happens in bigger organizations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Understand what it is included in the installation estimate as well as the product. It is easy for a contractor to give the best price. However, as homeowner you need to understand if the product is the one you really want and if there is not hidden fees on installation process.
