We replaced a few doors in our home in Key Largo from wood doors to Hurricane impact doors and they were delivered and installed in a very timely and professional manner. Great product and very responsive!

Attached bellow is the timeline of this project. Installation went smoothly 4 windows installed in one day and inspection took another two or three business days. As far as the paperwork/ permitting process it was horrible my deposit was given on 1/30 and the permit package was not submitted until 3/20 due to various reasons root canal, death in the family, and repeat requests. So beware the intallation process was great communication and paperwork horrible. 1/26 Inital correspondece. 1/30 Received quote, paid 1/2 deposit the same day, instructed installer lead time was middle of march for window delivery. 2/18 Requested home owner name. 2/19 Responded with home owners name. 3/4 Reuqested Window order and measurements for each window from the corner of the house. 3/12 Windows Arrived 3/20 Permitted submitted 3/31 permit approved. 4/20 Windows Installed w/ 2 screens broken 4/28 Final inspection passed and balance of payment sent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide the best solution for our customer, we set an appointment to go to a clients home and do an in-home consultation to match the customers needs with our products. We then price out the products and installation costs and present them to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been involved in the Construction/Development industries for over 30 years and our installers have a minimum of 8 years experience individually installing windows and doors throughout South Florida.
