I needed verticals and blinds installed. They were purchased from Home Depot and I paid for installation but a week later the installer had not even called to schedule a date. I was very upset and frustrated. I finally decided to find my own installer and put in a request with Thumbtack. John and I spoke only minutes after my request was sent. He showed up to install my blinds within hours! He was awesome. On time, professional and got the job done in record time. I am not only satisfied with his work but the fact that he came the same day truly was fantastic. He did not overcharge for the service. I must say he was extremely reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company!

I wouldn't even give this company one star. For over three weeks I communicated with this company to try and get an idea of the fabric. He kept sending me wrong photos. I told him exactly what I needed and then never responded. I have no faith in this guy that he would do a good job after trying to get him to finalize the order. Be careful.
