- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every single project start with a phone conversation to know in the best possible way what is your idea and from there we can continue. I will never give you "idea"of price. All my estimates will be written and to start a we must have a signed contract with all the specifications of the piece to build.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
45 years ago, I start building different pieces by hobby, and later I took a lot of different courses being the last one in 2013 in Connecticut State to masterize the furniture restoration process. Today I can seriously restore and create different pieces of furniture.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Along my whole career, I worked with a vast spectrum of customers, from homeowners (Im never asking about who you are) to VIP, like university vicepresidents, presidents and CEO of different companies, world famous architects, movies directors, etc, etc.
