I love taking yoga classes with Ana. She’s attentive and pushes to go deeper into your practice by challenging you to try new variations and poses. I always look forward to class with Ana. I can’t wait for my next one.

Ana an amazing teacher for all skill levels. I feel comfortable in her classes to really focus on the stretch. She plays good music, has a sense of humor, and has extra mats!

Love taking class with Ana! Always a great flow. She adjusts her students so you are practicing at your full potential. The cool essential oil towels during savasana are a great treat!
