In 2016, I received my certification from Atmananda Yoga with a main focus on Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa principles. When it comes to teaching, I always personalize the sequence based on the student’s specific needs, for maximum benefits. With a large focus on alignment and the breath, students can expect to receive thorough hands-on adjustments and clear intuitive cues.
