FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I first set up a paid, 20-minute consultation to develop a bespoke program for you and learn about your needs and desires. After that, for one-on-one clients, I offer packages that give you an advantageous investment structure in pricing, and to ensure you're committed to leveling yourself up. If you're in town visiting and unable to commit to a package, or are interested in an event or group class or workshop, the one-time investment is different. Please contact me to set up the right package for you or your group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a paid, 20-minute consultation to discuss your wants, needs, goals, and desires, as well as past fitness and health history and any injury. That allows me to design a custom program unrolled over a series of VIP sessions tailored exactly to you. This is true of both in-person and remote sessions! Our virtual sessions are just as customized and high-touch experiences -- and even more convenient for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Yoga Alliance-registered RYT-200 yoga teacher, and completed my first yoga teacher training at Laughing Lotus in New York City. I hold 100 hours of advanced training in the chakra system, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and breathwork and meditation from Y7 Studio in New York. I also hold 100 hours of training in meditation from Yogi Charu and the Bhakti Center in New York. This summer, I will complete my 300-hour yoga teacher training to become a 500-hour RYT instructor, under the instruction of Brett Larkin. I taught group classes and privates throughout New York City from 2017 to 2020 at Laughing Lotus, Y7 Studio, and various other venues, and have been teaching virtual private and group classes since March 2020.
