Hello! My name is Sasha. I am a certified yoga instructor, and having been teaching a variety of styles for two years. In addition, I am a stretch practitioner and do 1-on-1 assisted stretching where I physically move clients into positions and guide them deeper into the movement. I also am currently pursing a master's degree in nutrition. I am extremely passionate about health and wellness, and love sharing my knowledge and time with individuals who want to grow. Health is wealth! I offer a variety of services, including one-on-one yoga sessions, assisted stretching sessions, juice cleanses, breath work practices, and meal-planning.
