I offer packages at a discounted rate. We can customize based on your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions about your yoga background so I can have a clearer picture of where your practice is. Then we figure out what your goals are, both for the outcome of the class and specific poses you’re interested in. As we practice more I’ll see what strengths and areas are improvement you have and work towards building a sequence that will leave you feeling energized and satisfied.
