We had just closed on our new home and had a reinspection done for the insurance company. They found a connection that wasn't grounded, and we needed it done that day before the insurance office closed for the holidays. They came out and did the job very quickly for us. Very pleased with the follow up and communication at a time when most others were not even taking calls for service.

I don’t know if this is the case here but I’m learning that national companies market on thumbtack. Then they may refer to a local company. Price quotes seem very high and could be because of the layer of companies involved? I cancelled the estimate for insulation when I learned of the price per sq ft.

We provide up front flat rate pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive, we look at your problem with you. Then we provide options for additional diagnosis or repair / replacement. Once you've approved the estimate of your choice, we will get work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are thoroughly trained professionals of their trade.
